Picamos las zanahorias, el ajo y el ajo puerro.<\/li>\n<li>Engrasamos la sart\u00e9n y salteamos lo que acabamos de picar. (Puedes a\u00f1adir un poco de agua para evitar que se pegue en la sart\u00e9n).<\/li>\n<li>Dejamos que se cocine unos 5 minutos y a\u00f1adimos el tomate frito removiendo bien durante 10 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>Transcurrido ese tiempo, bajamos el fuego y a\u00f1adimos la carne picada dejando cocinar 15minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras la carne se cocina, partimos las berenjenas en l\u00e1minas imitando a una l\u00e1mina de pasta.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez cortadas las metemos al microondas 5 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n blanditas.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez la l\u00e1mina est\u00e1 fr\u00eda, colocamos en la base de un recipiente para meter al horno, una capa de l\u00e1minas de berenjena. Seguimos con una capa de la mezcla de la carne picada y volvemos a poner una capa de l\u00e1minas de berenjena. Repetir el proceso hasta finalizar.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez listo, espolvoreamos el queso rallado light y horneamos la lasa\u00f1a a 200\u00baC durante 5-10 minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10330\" title=\"lasa\u00f1a-lowcarb\" src=\"http:\/\/fitfoodmarket.es\/media\/2017\/01\/IMG_3426-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"lasa\u00f1a-lowcarb\" width=\"503\" height=\"670\" \/><br \/>\n\u00a1LISTO!
