Hoy os traigo receta de tarta cremosa crujiente fitness baja en calor\u00edas!!<\/p>\n<h3>INGREDIENTES:<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; 500ml leche soja<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 sobre gelatina en polvo<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cucharada canela<br \/>\n&#8211; corteza lim\u00f3n<br \/>\n&#8211; edulcorante liquido<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 scoop proteina sabor vainilla(o lo que teng\u00e1is)<br \/>\n&#8211; 125ml queso 0% fresco batido o quark<\/p>\n<h4>BASE CRUJIENTE:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>4 scoops proteinas de vainilla o cookies o lo que tengais<\/li>\n<li>\u00a04 cucharadas de crema de cacahuete<\/li>\n<li>1 clara de huevo<\/li>\n<li>4 cucharadas de leche de coco<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de canela<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada edulcorante liquido<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>SIROPE\/TOPPING:<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; 1 taza de frambuesas<br \/>\n&#8211; Cucharadita de goma Xantana<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 limon(zumo exprimido)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cucharadita de edulcorante liquido<\/p>\n<h3>PREPARACION:<\/h3>\n<p>1.BASE: Para empezar, por un lado preparamos la base en un bol. Ponemos todos los ingredientes de la BASE y mezclamos bien formando una pasta espesa. A continuaci\u00f3n, la volcamos en el recipiente para hornear de base redonda(previamente engrasado) y extenderemos por todo uniformemente. Una vez lo tengamos, la metemos en el horno a temperatura m\u00e1xima y a los 5 min la sacamos la removemos de nuevo y la volvemos a meter otros 5 hasta que la textura sea crujiente o al menos no este h\u00fameda. Por \u00faltimo. la sacamos del horno y la volvemos a remover por 2\u00ba vez, dejamos enfriar un poco mientras preparamos la crema principal.<br \/>\n2. CREMA: Primero ponemos en un cazo 500ml de leche de soja a calentar y el queso batido 0% con la canela y un trozo de corteza de limon. Despu\u00e9s, a\u00f1adimos el edulcorante y el scoop de proteina, todo a FUEGO LENTO, y removemos durante dos minutos Cuando esta bien caliente a\u00f1adimos el sobre de gelatina y removemos.<br \/>\n3. Volvemos a la BASE y aplastamos bien para que quede compacta, apagamos el fuego de la crema y lo dejamos reposar un poco y aprovechamos para sacar la corteza de lim\u00f3n, antes de que se enfr\u00ede (se gelatinizara) lo volcamos sobre la base de galleta proteica que hemos creado y dejamos enfriar en la nevera.<\/p>\n<h4>ADEM\u00c1S, SI QUIERES&#8230;<\/h4>\n<p>4.OPCIONAL: Por \u00faltimo, si quer\u00e9is con trozos de fruta por dentro es el momento de a\u00f1adirlos!! antes de meterla en la nevera!<br \/>\n5. TOPPING: metemos en la batidora todos los ingredientes del topping y un chorrito de agua y batimos con la goma xantana(da el efecto gelatinoso y brillante) y pasados dos horas que la tarta este ya montada se cubre toda con el topping y se decora con unas frambuesas extra.<br \/>\nDISFRUTADLA!!!!! Y por favor a todos los lectores que tienen sus BLOGS y sus paginas tengan la decencia de publicar la fuente de donde cogen las fotos y recetas GRACIAS!!!!<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">ENGLISH VERSION<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>FITNESS RECIPE: &#8220;Cream crunchy fitness cake&#8221; low carb and low cal<br \/>\nThank you very much to show with your likes that you like my recipes! has been exciting to see how despite having achieved the 750likes were still rising!<\/p>\n<h3>INGREDIENTS:<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; 500ml soy milk<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 packet powdered gelatin<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tablespoon cinnamon<br \/>\n&#8211; Lemon rind<br \/>\n&#8211; Liquid sweetener<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 scoop vanilla protein (or whatever you have)<br \/>\n&#8211; 0% fresh cheese 125ml whipping or quark<\/p>\n<h4>CRUNCHY BASE:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>4 scoops vanilla protein or cookies or whatever<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons of peanut butter<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"background-color: #e1bee7;\">1 egg<\/span><\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons coconut milk<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon liquid sweetener<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>TOPPING:<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; 1 cup of raspberries<br \/>\n&#8211; Teaspoon xanthan gum<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 lemon (juice squeezed)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon liquid sweetener<\/p>\n<h3>PREPARATION:<\/h3>\n<p>1.Base: Firstly prepare the base in a bowl. Put all ingredients and mix well BASE forming a thick paste that we pour into the baking dish round base (greased) and extend evenly throughout, put it in the oven to maximum temperature and at 5 min take it off the stir again and return it to get another 5 until the texture is crunchy or at least not this wet. The out of the oven and turn to remove for the 2nd time, let cool a bit while you prepare the main cream.<br \/>\n2. CREAM: we put in a saucepan 500ml warm soy milk and cheese smoothie 0% with cinnamon and a piece of lemon rind, add the sweetener and scoop of protein, all SIMMER, and stir for two minutes, when it is hot add the gelatin and stir about.<br \/>\n3.
