{"id":11141,"date":"2017-05-24T12:06:17","date_gmt":"2017-05-24T11:06:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fitfoodmarket.es\/?p=11141"},"modified":"2017-05-24T12:06:17","modified_gmt":"2017-05-24T11:06:17","slug":"receta-fit-donuts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/receta-fit-donuts\/","title":{"rendered":"RECETA\/ Fit Donuts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Todos queremos tener un d\u00eda redondo y que mejor manera que empezar con un buen desayuno con estos donuts pero, \u00a1que sean fit!\u00a0Sin az\u00facar y sin grasas, ni aceites. \u00a1Manos a la obra!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes para 6 donuts<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>70 gramos de harina de avena\u00a0<strong>#amixnutrition<\/strong> (puedes usar harina de sabor donuts o la que m\u00e1s te guste) pod\u00e9is conseguirla en l<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiendaculturista.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a tienda culturista pinchando en aqu\u00ed.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>6 claras<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de levadura en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de queso fresco batido 0%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11147 size-full\" title=\"donuts-fit\" src=\"http:\/\/fitfoodmarket.es\/media\/2017\/05\/20170326_192105.jpg\" alt=\"donuts-fit\" width=\"850\" height=\"688\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Ingredientes para el topping<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Estos ingredientes son al gusto.
