Hoy la receta de tus\u00a0Chia Oatmeal Jars.<br \/>\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11616 size-large\" title=\"Chia-Oatmeal-Jars\" src=\"http:\/\/fitfoodmarket.es\/media\/2017\/11\/IMG-0319-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Chia-Oatmeal-Jars\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" \/><br \/>\nLa \u00faltima vez que hice mi Porridge en jarra me encant\u00f3 y supe \u00a1que lo volver\u00eda hacer!\u00a0Est\u00e1 vez lo presento en dos versiones m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as para as\u00ed disfrutar de ambos.<br \/>\nPorque 2 siempre es mejor que uno. \ud83d\ude1b<br \/>\nA continuaci\u00f3n, tus\u00a0Chia Oatmeal Jars, paso a paso:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>IINGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>30gr copos de avena integrales<\/li>\n<li>10gr Semillas de Chia<\/li>\n<li>100ml de agua<\/li>\n<li>100ml de leche de almendras<\/li>\n<li>canela en rama<\/li>\n<li>c\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>cacao en polvo desgrasado<\/li>\n<li>Ar\u00e1ndanos, frambuesas y cerezas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11618 size-large\" title=\"Chia-Oatmeal-Jars\" src=\"http:\/\/fitfoodmarket.es\/media\/2017\/11\/IMG-0327-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Chia-Oatmeal-Jars\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Para la MERMELADA CASERA<\/span>:<br \/>\nSimplemente mete un pu\u00f1ado de ar\u00e1ndanos o de cerezas al microondas y la magia se hace sola.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Para empezar, pon los ingredientes en una olla por 5 minutos con agua.<\/li>\n<li>Echa por \u00faltimo la leche y sigue removiendo hasta conseguir la textura deseada.<\/li>\n<li>Separa la mezcla en tres. Una d\u00e9jala tal cual, en otra echa el cacao en polvo y en la \u00faltima pon cerezas deshuesadas para que le den ese color rosita.<\/li>\n<li>Para finalizar, echa diferentes capas de Porridge, otra de mermelada y adorna a tu gusto con frutas!
