{"id":1187,"date":"2014-06-18T18:21:10","date_gmt":"2014-06-18T18:21:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fitfoodmarket.wordpress.com\/?p=1187"},"modified":"2014-06-18T18:21:10","modified_gmt":"2014-06-18T18:21:10","slug":"receta-choco-bollos-proteicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/receta-choco-bollos-proteicos\/","title":{"rendered":"RECETA FITNESS\/ Choco bollos fitness prot\u00e9icos sin hidratos"},"content":{"rendered":"<div title=\"Page 3\">\n<div>Todas las tardes tengo ganas de comer algo dulce como unas cookies, bollitos, chocolate&#8230;:D!!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>As\u00ed que me he puesto manos en la cocina, ten\u00eda que ser r\u00e1pido porque se nos pasa la hora de comida, as\u00ed que, en 8 min prepare estos incre\u00edbles choco bollos prot\u00e9icos bajos en kcal y sin hidratos de carbono, cumpliendo siempre con los macros de la dieta!!!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>INGREDIENTES PARA 1 RACI\u00d3N FITNESS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 scoop prote\u00edna case\u00edna de chocolate<\/li>\n<li>\u00a01 cucharadita de cacao desgrasado (Valor)<\/li>\n<li>2-3 claras de huevo<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de crema de cacahuete<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de sacarina liquida<\/li>\n<li>1 golpecito de sal sin sodio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.428571429;\">Necesitamos un bol y echamos todos los ingredientes excepto la clara de huevo que la iremos vertiendo poco a poco para lograr una textura de masa h\u00fameda. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.428571429;\">Usamos las manos hacemos bolas tama\u00f1o pelota de golf y las aplastamos. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.428571429;\">Con una bandeja de horno engrasada con aceite de oliva, colocamos lo que ser\u00e1n los bollitos y al horno a 350\u00baC durante 5 min.<\/span><br \/>\nMERIENDA LISTA!!\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div title=\"Page 4\">\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Esta receta no contiene hidratos de carbono por eso es ideal en la merienda, ya que si no entrenamos por la tarde el organismo disminuye su gasto energ\u00e9tico.<\/div>\n<div>\nLo ideal para mantenernos con la grasa a raya es aportar grasas sanas y prote\u00ednas a nuestro cuerpo.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Todas las tardes tengo ganas de comer algo dulce como unas cookies, bollitos, chocolate&#8230;:D!!
