En este caso os traigo unas protein balls perfectas para tomar como snack. Muchos estamos de vacaciones y nos apetece darnos un capricho y con este snack podr\u00e1s disfrutar del dulce sin fallar a tu dieta. En un bol, colocamos la crema de anacardos y las cucharadas de la leche y removemos bien hasta conseguir mezcla homog\u00e9nea.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adimos la prote\u00edna y removemos bien. Si es necesario puedes hacerlo con las manos. Puedes a\u00f1adir mas leche o m\u00e1s prote\u00edna si la textura no es manejable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Una vez est\u00e9 listo, d\u00e9jalo en la nevera durante 15 minutos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Despu\u00e9s, prepara bolitas con tus propias manos y sumerge en coco rallado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Para terminar, mant\u00e9n fuera de la nevera en un recipiente con tapadera.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a1Tus protein balls listas para comer! If it is necessary you can use your hands.
