En este caso he decidido preparar una deliciosa receta de tarta red velvet fit y la verdad que el resultado es genial. El finde siempre tenemos un poquito m\u00e1s de tiempo y por eso me gusta dejaros este tipo de receta.\r\n\r\nSi te animas a preparar tu receta de tarta red velvet fit, te dejo a continuaci\u00f3n todos los pasos a seguir para obtenerla!!\r\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">INGREDIENTES(para 6 raciones)<\/span><\/h2>\r\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Para el bizcocho:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">400g de harina de avena<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">15 claras de huevo<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">1 vaso de leche vegetal (o la que uses)<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Aroma Red Velvet<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Colorante rojo red velvet<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">stevia o edulcorante al gusto<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Para la crema blanca:<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">400ml de leche de coco<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">300ml de agua<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">4 scoops de prote\u00edna (yo us\u00e9 sabor cookies)<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">8 l\u00e1minas de gelatina neutra<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">stevia o edulcorante al gusto<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<picture><source srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/wp-content\/webp-express\/webp-images\/uploads\/2019\/01\/red-velvet-cake.jpg.webp 900w, https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/wp-content\/webp-express\/webp-images\/uploads\/2019\/01\/red-velvet-cake-300x225.jpg.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/wp-content\/webp-express\/webp-images\/uploads\/2019\/01\/red-velvet-cake-768x576.jpg.webp 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" type=\"image\/webp\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-214124 size-full webpexpress-processed\" title=\"red velvet\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/red-velvet-cake.jpg\" alt=\"red velvet\" width=\"900\" height=\"675\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/red-velvet-cake.jpg 900w, https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/red-velvet-cake-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/red-velvet-cake-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\"><\/picture>\r\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">PREPARACI\u00d3N RECETA DE TARTA RED VELVET FIT<\/span><\/h2>\r\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Para el bizcocho:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">En primer lugar, pre calentamos el horno a 200\u00baC.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Batimos en una batidora todos los ingredientes para el bizcocho.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Una vez la mezcla quede homog\u00e9nea, colocamos solo la mitad de la mezcla en un molde redondo. De esta forma conseguiremos hacer las dos capas del bizcocho.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Horneamos la primera mitad durante 20-25 minutos.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Una vez est\u00e9 hecho, lo sacamos y dejamos enfriar. A continuaci\u00f3n repetimos el proceso anterior hasta tener 2 capas de bizcocho.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Vamos con la crema:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Para empezar, ponemos a remojo la gelatina durante unos 5 minutos (o sigue las instrucciones de la que uses).<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Mientras tanto, calentamos la leche y el agua en un cazo sin que llegue a hervir. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente a\u00f1adimos los cazos de prote\u00edna, el edulcorante o stevia, removemos y apagamos el fuego.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Una vez est\u00e9 bien mezclado, escurrimos las l\u00e1minas de gelatina y las a\u00f1adimos al cazo.\u00a0 Volvemos a remover de forma que quede todo bien mezclado. <\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dejamos enfriar un poco la crema y cuando alcance temperatura ambiente la metemos en la nevera durante dos horas o una hora en congelador.<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Transcurrido ese tiempo, la sacamos y volvemos a batirla con una batidora. De esta manera conseguimos una textura esponjosa. <\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Por \u00faltimo, volvemos a meter en la nevera durante unos 15 min. m\u00e1s y sacamos y volvemos a batir. Cuando veamos que la crema ya esta consistente podemos empezar a montar el bizcocho. <\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Montemos la tarta:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Con todo listo, colocamos un bizcocho en el plato o bandeja donde vayamos a presentarlo y sobre el bizcocho, esparcimos la mitad de la crema.
