Hoy vengo a dejaros una receta que me gusta especialmente, se trata de mi versi\u00f3n de&nbsp;pumpkin pie o tarta de calabaza.<\/h3>\n<p>La calabaza es uno de esos alimentos deliciosos que adem\u00e1s nos permite crear millones de recetas. En mi propio blog ver\u00e9is variedad de recetas con este alimento que tanto me gusta. Mezclamos todos los ingredientes de la base, con las manos, hasta conseguir una masa homog\u00e9nea como la que veis en mis manos. Hay que amasar durante 5 minutos, clavando los nudillos a la masa, con desparpajo.<\/span><picture><source srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/wp-content\/webp-express\/webp-images\/uploads\/2019\/01\/masa-pumpkin-pie.jpg.webp 900w, https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/wp-content\/webp-express\/webp-images\/uploads\/2019\/01\/masa-pumpkin-pie-300x200.jpg.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/wp-content\/webp-express\/webp-images\/uploads\/2019\/01\/masa-pumpkin-pie-768x512.jpg.webp 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" type=\"image\/webp\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-214131 size-full webpexpress-processed\" title=\"pumpkin pie \" src=\"https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/masa-pumpkin-pie.jpg\" alt=\"pumpkin pie \" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/masa-pumpkin-pie.jpg 900w, https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/masa-pumpkin-pie-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/masa-pumpkin-pie-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\"><\/picture><\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Si se queda demasiado h\u00fameda ve a\u00f1adiendo harina poquito a poco hasta conseguir que no se te pegue en las manos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">A continuaci\u00f3n, hacemos una bola, y la tapamos con un trapo. La metemos en la nevera mientras preparamos el relleno.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Para preparar el relleno, mezclamos todos lo ingredientes y batimos con ayuda de una batidora de mano, hasta conseguir una mezcla homog\u00e9nea. Retiramos a un lado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Sacamos la masa de la nevera y con ayuda de un rodillo la extendemos para que quede una masa fina, como la de una pizza gordita. Tiene que cubrir todo el di\u00e1metro del molde redondo que vamos a usar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Precalentamos el horno a 200\u00baC por arriba y por abajo<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Colocamos la masa encima del molde y con la yema de los dedos la vamos aplastando alrededor del molde.&nbsp; Si te sobra masa por arriba, corta los bordes con un cuchillo para que quede uniforme.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Vertemos el contenido del relleno hasta justo donde llega la base\/galleta.
