Os traigo m\u00e1s ideas para desayunos o snacks diferentes. En este caso se trata de un ch\u00eda pudding proteico muy f\u00e1cil de preparar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Por si a\u00fan no sabes por qu\u00e9 deber\u00edas tomar semillas de ch\u00eda, os cuento un poco que son estas semillas negras, que cuando se ponen a remojo, crecen hasta diez veces su tama\u00f1o original.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">La ch\u00eda contiene:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Omega 3 \u00e1cidos grasos y omega 6. &#8211;\u00a0 2 cucharada de semillas de ch\u00eda proporcionan m\u00e1s de 5 gramos de \u00e1cidos grasos omega-3, si bien es cierto que los \u00e1cidos omega 3 de fuentes vegetales no son absorbidos por el organismo de forma tan eficiente como los omega 3 de fuentes animales (pescados&#8230;)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Prote\u00edna (2 veces la prote\u00edna de cualquier otra semilla)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Fibra<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Vitaminas<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Minerales (hierro, boro, potasio, calcio, f\u00f3sforo)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Antioxidantes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Esta semilla, al ser rica en fibra, sacia durante un largo tiempo, y si la acompa\u00f1as con prote\u00edna tendr\u00e1s un snack perfecto. Ayuda a mejorar el transito intestinal. Y aporta energ\u00eda. Adem\u00e1s, e<\/span><span class=\"s1\">s muy f\u00e1cil tomarla, puedes hacer diferentes recetas, pero mi preferida es hacer pudding.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Se pueden conseguir f\u00e1cilmente en supermercados o herbolarios.<\/span><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-214188 size-large\" title=\"CHI\u0301A PUDDING\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/CHI\u0301A-PUDDING-PROTEICO-819x1024.jpg\" alt=\"CHI\u0301A PUDDING\" width=\"819\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">INGREDIENTES<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">3 cucharaditas de semillas de ch\u00eda en remojo(al menos 1 hora en la nevera, multiplica su tama\u00f1o hasta x 10 veces)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">2\/3 scoop de whey chocolate blanco de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/amixstore\/\"><span class=\"s2\">@amixstore<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">2 cucharadas de queso Cottage<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">6 frambuesas congeladas(pueden ser naturales pero no me quedan)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">1 cucharadita de <span class=\"s2\">crema de cacahuete\u00a0<\/span>(tambi\u00e9n de Amix)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Para empezar, en un botecito o vaso de cristal, colocamos las semillas con agua. La cantidad de agua puede ser hasta 10 veces mayor que la de ch\u00eda. Quiz\u00e1 el primer d\u00eda te equivoques pero luego ya le coges el tranquillo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">A continuaci\u00f3n, las dejamos en la nevera unos 45 minutos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Una vez transcurrido este tiempo, en la jarra donde queramos servir el pudding, mezclamos la prote\u00edna y el queso cottage con las semillas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Por \u00faltimo, a\u00f1adimos unas frambuesas y una cucharada de crema de cacahuete por encima<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">\u00a1\u00a1A disfrutar!!
