Como ya sab\u00e9is, todos los jueves os dejo en el blog mi receta semanal de mi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/vikikacosta\/channel\/\">canal de IGTV de la Cocina Fit de Vikika<\/a>. Tal y como os anunci\u00e9 el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles, esta semana ha sido una aut\u00e9ntica locura y no pude grabar mi receta a tiempo. En cuanto he tenido un hueco he aprovechado para hacerlo y esta semana os dejo la f\u00f3rmula para preparar una <strong>base de pizza <\/strong><strong>100%<\/strong> <strong>proteica<\/strong> sin hidratos. Se trata de una receta s\u00faper sencilla que se puede preparar en escasos minutos. Adem\u00e1s, es 100% proteica y solo cuenta con la grasa de las yemas de huevo. Estas grasas son grasas buenas y son mi opci\u00f3n favorita para cenar.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Base de pizza 100% proteica<\/h2>\n<p>Si est\u00e1is deseando descubrir c\u00f3mo preparar esta deliciosa y vers\u00e1til receta, no dud\u00e9is en revisar los ingredientes y consultar el video para elaborarla cuanto antes y poder disfrutarla.
