Y con la cetosis, hay un d\u00eda que como costillas, pero es imposible que sean a la bbq porque las salsas bbq tienen much\u00edsimo az\u00facar, pero me acord\u00e9 que tengo aroma barbacoa que compre en online <a href=\"http:\/\/www.riesgoquimica.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>. Y con un poco de imaginaci\u00f3n he preparado una salsa bbq de lo m\u00e1s fitness!!<br \/>\nEsta receta es FITNESS+CETOSIS, porque la foto que aparece son costillas, que en este caso son para una dieta cetosis, pero podemos hacer esta salsa para preparar unas pechugas de pollo BBQ de lo m\u00e1s fitness!<\/p>\n<h3>\nINGREDIENTES:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>1 tomate a la plancha(o cocinado en microondas)<\/li>\n<li>edulcorante(1 chorrito)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de nuez moscada<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cucharadita de canela<\/li>\n<li>sal sin sodio<\/li>\n<li>4 gotas de aroma barbacoa<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de mostaza<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de agua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>PREPARACI\u00d3N:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Cocinamos el tomate hasta que est\u00e9 bien blandito<\/li>\n<li>Trituramos todos los ingredientes con un tenedor fuerte y mezclamos<\/li>\n<li>Servir<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>M\u00e1s recetas de este tipo\u00a0en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">el blog<\/a>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uno de mis cheatmeals preferidos son las costillas a la barbacoa, me pierden!
