La receta es para una persona, si quer\u00e9is hacerla para 2 os recomiendo que hag\u00e1is dos veces la misma operaci\u00f3n, porque si dobl\u00e1is los ingredientes, seguramente la masa no salga rica.<\/p>\n<h3>\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4235 size-large\" title=\"pizza-fitness-tofu-atu\u0301n\" src=\"http:\/\/fitfoodmarket.es\/media\/2014\/02\/IMG_0991-1024x767.jpg\" alt=\"pizza-fitness-tofu-atu\u0301n\" width=\"1024\" height=\"767\" \/><br \/>\nINGREDIENTES(para 1 pizza):<\/h3>\n<h4>\nPara la base:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>70gr de tofu<\/li>\n<li>4 claras de huevo<\/li>\n<li>1 lata de atun al natural<\/li>\n<li>sal sin sodio<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharita de cafe de levadura qu\u00edmica<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharita de aceite de oliva virgen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Para el topping(al gusto opcional):<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Tomate triturado natural o frito(bajo en grasa)<\/li>\n<li>Queso rallado light(bajo en grasa)<\/li>\n<li>50gr de pechuga de pollo o pavo<\/li>\n<li>6 l\u00e1minas de calabac\u00edn<\/li>\n<li>champi\u00f1ones laminados<\/li>\n<li>or\u00e9gano<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\nPREPARACI\u00d3N:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>En primer lugar, en una batidora de vaso, ponemos los ingredientes de la base, y batimos durante unos segundos hasta conseguir una mezcla homog\u00e9nea<\/li>\n<li>En un molde redondo de silicona o especial microondas(tuppers), vertemos la mezcla y metemos en el microondas<\/li>\n<li>Microondeamos la base durante unos 9-10 minutos a m\u00e1xima potencia, parece mucho tiempo pero lo necesita para que se cueza bien la base y ademas se seque un poco<\/li>\n<li>Vamos cortando y preparando los ingredientes que colocaremos sobre la pizza y precalentamos el horno a 240\u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Sacamos la base del molde y la colocamos sobre papel albal o papel de horno, dandole la vuelta a la base, es decir, la parte de abajo del molde se quedara como la parte de arriba donde ponemos los ingredientes, notaremos que es la parte mas h\u00fameda, es muy importante este paso para que salga crujiente.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos los ingredientes del topping&#8230;tomate, queso, pavo&#8230;.al gusto!! o podeis usar los mismos que yo, ademas le a\u00f1ad\u00ed una salchicha de pavo(no son muy fit aunque sean de pavo)<\/li>\n<li>Listo para hornear durante unos 15 minutos, fijaos que no se queme pero que este tostadita!<\/li>\n<li>Servir caliente y partida, y yo le pongo un poco de tabasco porque amo el picante!<\/li>\n<li>Disfrutar!!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4232 size-large\" title=\"pizza-fitness-tofu-atu\u0301n\" src=\"http:\/\/fitfoodmarket.es\/media\/2014\/02\/IMG_0990-1024x767.jpg\" alt=\"pizza-fitness-tofu-atu\u0301n\" width=\"1024\" height=\"767\" \/><br \/>\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4231 size-large\" title=\"pizza-fitness-tofu-atu\u0301n\" src=\"http:\/\/fitfoodmarket.es\/media\/2014\/02\/IMG_09931-1024x733.jpg\" alt=\"pizza-fitness-tofu-atu\u0301n\" width=\"1024\" height=\"733\" \/><br \/>\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4234 size-large\" title=\"pizza-fitness-tofu-atu\u0301n\" src=\"http:\/\/fitfoodmarket.es\/media\/2014\/02\/IMG_0994-1024x767.jpg\" alt=\"pizza-fitness-tofu-atu\u0301n\" width=\"1024\" height=\"767\" \/><br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, puedes encontrar m\u00e1s recetas en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UC91LAvJBLggs_wItmrPJqTA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mi canal<\/a> o en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vikika.es\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">el blog<\/a>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buenos dias y feliz lunes amig@s!
