Es una receta que puedes hacer en la cena.<br \/>\nEs rica en prote\u00ednas y baja en kcal. Frittata proteica, \u00a1pru\u00e9bala!<br \/>\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4449 size-large\" title=\"frittata-prote\u0301ica\" src=\"http:\/\/fitfoodmarket.es\/media\/2014\/03\/IMG_1728-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"frittata-prote\u0301ica\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>INGREDIENTES(para 2 personas):<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>1 tomate fresco<\/li>\n<li>8 esp\u00e1rragos trigueros<\/li>\n<li>3 champi\u00f1ones<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cebolla<\/li>\n<li>2 lata de at\u00fan en aceite de oliva baja en sal(escurrimos el aceite para evitar aumentar kcal) o al natural<\/li>\n<li>10 claras de huevo (1 huevo entero opcional)<\/li>\n<li>Especias Chipotle y Extra Spicy Mrs.Dash<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4450 size-large\" title=\"frittata-prote\u0301ica\" src=\"http:\/\/fitfoodmarket.es\/media\/2014\/03\/IMG_1729-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"frittata-prote\u0301ica\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>PREPARACI\u00d3N:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Engrasamos un recipiente para horno.<\/li>\n<li>Cortamos a rodajas el tomate, los champi\u00f1ones, la cebolla, los esp\u00e1rragos&#8230;(toda la verdura)<\/li>\n<li>Colocamos en el recipiente toda la verdura en orden, y lo ultimo las rodajas de tomate y el at\u00fan.<\/li>\n<li>Salpimentamos con las especias<\/li>\n<li>Batimos las claras de huevo fuerte<\/li>\n<li>Vertemos las claras de huevo sobre las verduras<\/li>\n<li>Precalentamos el horno a 250\u00baC<\/li>\n<li>Horneamos durante unos 20 minutos.
