Es una receta rica en prote\u00ednas que se puede acompa\u00f1ar de frutos secos. Es una exquisita merienda que adem\u00e1s de tener un sabor inigualable te dejar\u00e1 saciado.<\/p>\n<h3>INGREDIENTES<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>6-7 cubitos de hielo de tama\u00f1o mediano<\/li>\n<li>200ml de agua<\/li>\n<li>1 scoop de proteina del sabor que quieras, yo he usado chocolate<\/li>\n<li>1 cuchara de cacao sin az\u00facar en polvo desgrasado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/h3>\n<p>A\u00f1adimos todos los ingredientes a una batidora y batimos.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que veas que todos los ingredientes est\u00e1n bien mezclados y tienen una textura super cremosa, \u00a1listo para servir!<\/p>\n<p>Puedes acompa\u00f1ar tu batido con unas almendras, nueces, cacahuetes&#8230; y tendr\u00e1s un snack genial.<\/p>\n<p>Preparadlo y contadme si os gusta, os leo en las redes!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esta es sin duda una de mis recetas favoritas de batido proteico para despu\u00e9s de entrenar.
