En esta ocasi\u00f3n he preparado un panini caprese calentito con este descubrimiento de pan. Creo que va a formar parte de mi repertorio de cocina muy a menudo a partir de ahora. Ya me estoy imaginando otras cosas riqu\u00edsimas \ud83d\ude09<br \/>\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9390 size-full\" title=\"panini-caprese-pan-lowcarb-vikika\" src=\"http:\/\/fitfoodmarket.es\/media\/2016\/05\/panini-4.jpg\" alt=\"panini-caprese-pan-lowcarb-vikika\" width=\"450\" height=\"600\" \/><br \/>\nEsta vez lo he preparado con una de mis combinaciones preferidas, panini caprese, al que incluyo un par de lonchas de jam\u00f3n.<br \/>\nEs extremadamente sencillo de hacer y est\u00e1 realmente delicioso.<br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4106376846410765\" data-ad-slot=\"5065038138\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><\/p>\n<h3><strong>INGREDIENTES PARA UN PANINI<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>La receta del pan lowcarb de Vikika que ten\u00e9is <a href=\"http:\/\/fitfoodmarket.es\/videoreceta-fitness-pan-lowcarb-en-5\/\">aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de pesto<\/li>\n<li>2 lonchas de jam\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>3 rodajas peque\u00f1as de tomate cortadas finas<\/li>\n<li>2 rodajas de mozzarella fresca light<\/li>\n<li>Hojas de albahaca fresca<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9387 size-full\" title=\"panini-caprese-pan-lowcarb-vikika\" src=\"http:\/\/fitfoodmarket.es\/media\/2016\/05\/panini-1.jpg\" alt=\"panini-caprese-pan-lowcarb-vikika\" width=\"450\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/strong><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4106376846410765\" data-ad-slot=\"5065038138\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Para empezar, recalentamos nuestra plancha grill de contacto.<\/li>\n<li>Por un lado, preparamos la masa del pan, y mientras se va haciendo en el microondas la masa, vamos preparando el resto de ingredientes.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando las dos tapas del pan est\u00e9n listas empezamos a montar el panini, primero ponemos nuestra cucharadita de pesto en una de las rebanadas y vamos poniendo el resto de los ingredientes, el tomate salpimentado, la mozzarella, las hojas de albahaca y el jam\u00f3n. Cerramos con la otra tapa y ponemos en nuestra plancha.
