Si si, habéis leído bien, receta de pan sin trigo fit. Muchas veces me pedís nuevas recetas o fórmulas para preparar un alimento y me pongo con ello. Así fue que logré este pan sin trigo. La fórmula es a base de avena y centeno y la verdad que queda delicioso.
Perfecto para hacerte un bocadillo o unas tostadas para el desayuno. Además, muy cómodo para llevar o dejar preparado para otro día.
¡Vamos con la receta de pan sin trigo fit! Es fin de semana y seguro que tenéis un ratito para probarla!!
INGREDIENTES RECETA DE PAN SIN TRIGO FIT:
80 gr. de harina de avena
40 gr. de harina de centeno
30 gr. de harina de maíz
5-7 claras de huevo (según lo que admita la masa)
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
100 ml de leche de soja o almendra
1 sobre de levadura química
ELABORACIÓN:
Para comenzar precalentamos el horno a 200ºC.
A continuación, en un bol, colocamos todas las harinas con la levadura y mezclamos.
Una vez esté la mezcla lista añadimos la cucharada de aceite de oliva y la leche.
Removemos todo de forma que quede una masa homogénea.
Cuando la masa esté homogénea vamos añadiendo poco a poco las claras para ver lo que admite la masa.
La masa debe quedar algo más líquida que la normal del pan, de tal forma que no se pueda coger con las manos.
Por último, cuando la masa esté preparada la echamos en un molde y lo horneamos durante 15 minutos.

Yes, yes, you have read it right. Today’s recipe is all about a wheatless bread. Many times you ask me for new recipes or ways to make a dish and I just get right on it. Thats how I managed this wheatless bread. The formula is based on oats and rye and it actually turns out delicious.
It is perfect for a sandwich or toasts for breakfast. Plus, it is really easy to carry around or leave it prepared for another day.
Let’s get cooking! It is the weekend and I am sure you’ll have some time to try it!!
INGREDIENTS:
80 gr. oatmeal
40 gr. rye flour
30 gr. corn flour
5-7 egg whites (as much as the dough will allow)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
100 ml almond or soy milk
1 envelope of chemical yeast
ELABORATION:
To start with we preheat the oven at 200ºC.
Up next, in a bowl, we will place all the flour and yeast we are using and we mix it up.
Once the mix is ready we will add the tablespoon of olive oil and the milk.
Removemos todo de forma que quede una masa homogénea.
Once the dough is homogeneous we will add the egg whites little by little to see how much the dough will take in.
The dough has to turn out to be more liquid than normal bread.
At last, when the dough is finally prepared we can pour it in a mold and stick it in the oven for 15 minutes.
